Position Summary:

To play a key role in supporting the Property Finder Egypt fast growing pace and to unlock potential growth opportunities.
The professional needs to be a senior professional, leading the financial function of the PF Egyptian entity from end to end. Intense and productive interaction with local key stakeholders (Commercial team) and with the headquarters in the UAE will be critical to succeed in the position. Independent thinking and sense of ownership are essential, combined with strong adherence to processes aligned with the headquarters. It is expected from this professional to be an active contributor to the Property Finder finance transformation process.
The candidate needs to master all Finance functions and also to be very business mindsetted to support the growth expected.

Key Responsibilities:
● Own all Finance functions, from Budgeting and Planning, Reporting, Treasury, Tax and Risk to Finance Operations (AR, AP, GL, etc), being the operations supported by a separate shared service team
● Be a strategic partner to the commercial team and also and independent voice on overall business performance and direction 
● Bring seniority on contributing to overall group processes improvements and systems utilization (challenge the status quo)
● Point of contact to external auditors (Big 4 firm) 
● Strong business acumen to anticipate market movements and impacts in the organization
● Ensure that all financial practices are compliant with statutory regulations and legislation
● Create and maintain relationships with service providers, including banking institutions
The Person Desired Qualifications

● Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance, CPA/ACCA.
● Minimum 5-7 year of experience in a similar role
● Strong knowledge of IFRS and Egypt local GAAP accounting.
● In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices.
● Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
● An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Proficient in the use of MS office and financial management software. (experience in NetSuite is a plus)
