To Develop, own and execute a clear strategy around our direct client communications across all international markets leveraging our site performance data.  Keeping up-to-date with market trends across all operating areas to craft the messaging that outlines how our products and services can support our customers plans now and in the future with the highest ROI possible. The individual needs to be passionate about our brand and ensure that our b2b messaging outlines clear benefits to all of our customers regardless of their market position. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Creates a consistent GTM approach for all member of sales by providing one source for all client messaging
  • Drives improvement and best practices when it comes to client facing materials 
  • Improves sales efficiencies by providing a single source of client facing materials, communications, and sales decks.
  • Craft the messaging and sales decks to be used in front of our clients and prospects
  • Identify best practices amongst the teams and standardise communication that is used
  • Identify data that helps our customers understand the ROI they receive and ensure sales have consistent access to this information 
  • Coordinate with events or other mass communications teams to pass the messages through multiple touchpoints 
  • Consolidate product feedback from the field to pass to product managers to ensure clients requirements are met in product development

Required Experience

  • +3 years experience in B2B communications ideally in a shopper marketing, trade marketing or marketing function
  • Clear understanding of real estate industry dynamics (developers, brokerages, agents and basic transactions)
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • A dynamic, focused and self-motivated person with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
