YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT

Some companies call them “Property Administrators,” but at Prometheus our Affordable Housing Neighborhood Administrators do so much more. Our Affordable Housing Neighborhood Administrators focus on the Below Market Rate (BMR) administration in our Bay Area, California Portfolio and your role is a constant blend of:

  • Compliance - You will maintain certification status and audit all BMR files to ensure compliance with governing entities. You will also stay up-to-date on current laws and regulations and be the team's go-to expert for all affordable housing questions.
  • Reporting – You will be responsible for regular reporting to key stakeholders on the current status of all BMR compliance including: updates to regulated pricing for BMR homes, audit results, additional needs to ensure compliance, and any pertinent program updates.

HERE'S MORE OF THE NITTY GRITTY
