We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (m/f/d) to join our portfolio company in the heart of Berlin.
In your day-to-day work, you'll focus on defining and executing the data model and strategy analysis, take the lead in tool and system innovations, and contribute to various projects.

The company’s mission is to unlock the vast potential of cross-border supply for the Western Market by providing global access to high-quality products through its innovative platform. Since its launch in January 2022, the firm has operated discreetly with no public profile or media coverage while it has already successfully served hundreds of companies.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the development and maintenance of the company’s BI structure to support strategic business initiatives
- Conduct complex data analysis to extract deep insights and trends that drive business growth and operational efficiency
- Create advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations that facilitate data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management and department heads, understanding their data needs and delivering actionable intelligence
- Facilitate data-driven discussions and workshops with stakeholders to enhance organizational data literacy
- Develop and implement comprehensive data validation and cleansing processes to maintain the highest data quality standards
- Lead the continuous improvement and optimization of the BI infrastructure and reporting capabilities using advanced BI tools and platforms (such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Databricks)
- Mentor and develop junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. A master’s degree is strongly preferred
- 5+ years of extensive experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting
- Proven track record of delivering strategic insights and high-quality reports in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau/PowerBI, SQL, and Google Sheets
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and real-time data processing frameworks
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
