We are looking for a motivated Operations Intern (m/f/d) to join our portfolio company and support the Operations team in increasing the efficiency of business processes and support our team in the best way possible.
In your day-to-day work, you'll focus on supporting the team in communication with the business partners and collaborate with different teams on a cross-functional level

The platform provides a user-friendly experience that empowers businesses to thrive. The team currently counts 75+ FTEs located across Germany (Berlin HQ), China, and India. The company is on track to achieve profitability and generate triple-digit million GMV.
In this role, you’ll:
- Identify and engage with potential suppliers and service providers, cultivating strong relationships to drive user acquisition and transaction volume on the platform
- Support in process design and development and collaborate with the engineering team in order to implement new processes and increase the efficiency of the existing business processes
- Open new trade lanes by finding new partners across the globe
- Support the team in day-to-day operational activities and contribute to the overall success of the business's operations
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a university or have recently graduated and are looking to gain work experience in a fast-paced venture-backed environment
- Motivated and passionate about new ideas and possess a creative solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent analytical and communication skills in French and English
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
