About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies to support their recruitment process.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on sourcing and attracting candidates for open positions within the company, implement effective recruiting strategies and also get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

Join our portfolio company: A German hardware company focused on designing and manufacturing cutting-edge microchips. The transformative startup offers energy-efficient and high-performance components for multiple industries.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, focusing on sourcing and attracting candidates
  • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and evaluate applicants to meet organisational needs
  • Work closely with senior HR staff to develop and implement recruiting strategies
  • Engage in building relationships with potential candidates through social media and networking events
  • Contribute to creating a positive candidate experience to enhance the employer's brand and reputation

Your Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Knowledge of labour legislation and employment regulations
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges in a fast-paced environment

Please note that we are looking for support in the Aachen office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
