About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies in the e-commerce space to strengthen their market positioning and foster revenue growth.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on enhancing the company’s product portfolio through devising product strategies that drive conversion and optimise the user experience. 

In this role, you’ll:

  • Play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and advancing the product portfolio of one of our private equity investments 
  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs in order to identify and design innovative print products
  • Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, sales, and production, to ensure seamless introduction of new products
  • Be responsible for product lifecycles, including pricing, positioning, and market launch
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and deriving recommendations for optimisation

Your Profile

  • Experience in product and project management, ideally in e-commerce or the printing industry 
  • Ability to position new products in the market in a creative and innovative way
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills 
  • Independent work style and competence in prioritising complex tasks
  • Proficient use of merchandise management systems
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • A successfully completed degree in economics or engineering, or a comparable qualification 
  • Proficiency in English and German - both spoken and written 

Please note that we are looking for support in the Bavarian office of our partner company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
