You are looking for your next position as a Project Manager; you are passionate about delivering multiple moderate to complex projects end to end. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of your projects, ensuring that the projects are implemented on time and within budget and meet our customers' expectations. You will successfully drive the delivery team and monitor project scope, quality, risk and performance for all project44 implementations. 

Since you already have experience with implementing software systems and are proficient with SaaS or ERP, or supply chain management (SCM) systems, you will be able to accelerate your performance. Your passion for multi-tasking will prove useful as you will be responsible for proactively managing Customer relationships and project plans and leading the implementations for multiple projects simultaneously. Successful Project Managers at project44 can sense risk and proactively manage it prior to failure.   

What you’ll be working on:   

  • Manage concurrent engagements, potentially between 5 and 15 clients, depending on project size.  
  • Deliver our software solutions on time and budget, being on top of project status and always driving issue resolution forward.  
  • Manage various multi-national project teams simultaneously and engage cross-functionally with stakeholders such as Product Management, Engineering and Network resources to achieve your project missions.  
  • Manage financial metrics and enable pre-sales activities to support account expansion plans.   
  • Present solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and engage effectively with Senior Executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics.  
  • Adhere to project44’s company standards, guidelines, policies and procedures. 

Requirements & Skills:  

  • 2-4 years of experience with SAP Business Network for Logistics (SAP BNL), SAP or SAP TMS strongly preferred 
  • Proven track record of working for internally operating clients with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base with travel up to 30% of the time (including possible international travel). 
  • Must have excellent English, any other languages are a plus. 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, customer focus and results orientation. 
  • In-depth knowledge and experience implementing Enterprise software applications such as ERP, CRM or SCM. 
  • Monitor project progress and oversee project contributors, ensuring that scope, planning, milestones, budgets and overall goals are met. 
  • Responsible for multiple projects at once, with varying stages of implementation; must be highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and diligence to ensure on-track delivery and support mitigating risks and issues. 
  • Strong client service and/or management consulting experience. 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, customer focus and results orientation. 
  • Strive in a multicultural team environment where members experience different approaches to time, information, planning, decision-making, relationships, communication style, resolving conflict, developing leadership and motivation. 
  • A willingness to improve hard (e.g., technical solution knowledge) and soft (communication, negotiation, etc.) skills to improve overall delivery quality. 
  • Willingness to work during customer’s operating hours outside of standard office hours. 

 *Note: This role will require you to operate 3 days from office.
