Executive Operations Specialist
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage calendars in Outlook, including heavy global coordination of executive travel and itineraries.
- Prepare correspondence internally and externally with senior level contacts inside and outside the company such as vendors, customers, and senior leadership
- Coordinate onsite and offsite executive meetings.
- Organizes, prioritizes, and summarizes the content of incoming materials, specialized projects, special requests, and exception reporting.
- Prepares special or one-time reports, replies to inquiries, and creates, maintains, and update spreadsheets to support reporting
- Receipt and Expense management
- Reporting to Sr. Director, Executive Operations
Desired Skill Set:
- Excel and/or google spreadsheet knowledge a must
- Concur and Expensify knowledge
- Must be willing to work within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Calm under pressure, able to pivot, with strong problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to work on call
- Expense and refund management
- 4+ years of Executive Assistance Experience
