You are looking for an exciting opportunity to start your career in the software delivery as a Project Manager? You are highly energetic and have a passion for structure and organization? You have the ambition to operate successfully in a fast-paced and international environment?  

You will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of services orders and the end-to-end delivery of projects in the SME segment (Small and Medium Enterprises), ensuring that the project is delivered on time and budget and meets the customer expectations. Your love for multi-tasking will prove useful as you will be responsible for proactively managing customer relationships and leading the implementations for multiple projects at a time. Successful Project Managers at p44 have the ability to sense issues and risks and are able to proactively manage those prior to failure.  

What you’ll be working on: 

  • Manage a number of engagements or work streams concurrently, potentially between 5 - 8 clients depending on project size
  • Lead Yard Management Implementations - for multiple sites at a time
  • Initiate tasks, allocate resources, monitor and track progress and close assignments after the scope of work is delivered 
  • Deliver our software solutions in time and on budget, being on top of project status and always driving issue resolution forward 
  • Engage with our clients via email or over the phone to resolve problems and ensure constant progress 
  • Prepare and administer work orders according to the p44 processes 
  • Close collaboration with sales, pre-sales, finance, customer success and support to gather all relevant information, coordinate execution and successfully close a project 
  • Present solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topic
  • Manage billing milestones and financial metrics

Requirements & Skills: 

  • 3-5 years of experience as a project manager, preferably at an enterprise SaaS company
  • Previous experience with Yard Management implementations
  • Travel to support on site launches could be required
  • Experience in the field of freight forwarding and supply chain management strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base with travel up to 30% of the time (including possible international travel)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, customer focus and results orientation
  • Responsible for multiple projects at once, with varying stages of implementation; must be highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and diligence to ensure on-track delivery and support mitigating risks and issues
  • Strong client service and/or management consulting experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, customer focus and results orientation 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Self-starter mentality & eager to learn
  • Experience with RFID technology
