We are looking for a Senior Integration Consultant who is passionate about implementing our software solutions with our customers and accelerating time to value. You have substantial experience in supply chain management and related technologies. You will team up with our multi-national project team members across the globe and work alongside sales, support, and customer success to drive a seamless implementation experience for our clients. You will effectively manage a number of post-contract integration projects concurrently across a variety of platforms, meeting agreed timelines and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Facilitate standard project management methodology for your assigned implementations, including, but not limited to:
    • Leading kick-off calls - remote (sometimes onsite) sessions providing overview of project44 and outline of the implementation project
    • Leading status meetings – facilitate calls with customers to review progress, obstacles, risks, upcoming tasks, etc. and related reporting within Salesforce
    • Adapting implementation best practices as set by project44, e.g. using project management software or escalation processes where applicable
  • Lead technical implementation activities for accounts
    • Configure the project44 platform to enable customers to reduce time to value with project44 APIs
    • Validate and document customer use cases and related solution blueprint
    • Create, update, and distribute documentation on standards and best practices for integration with project44
    • Technical deep dive – reviewing the APIs in detail, consulting with customers to provide best practices and most efficient set up of the APIs
    • Providing input on test plans – work with the customer to develop a comprehensive list of testing scenarios
    • Training – remote (sometimes onsite) training sessions tailored to the end user
    • Post-implementation hyper care – ensure the implementation is a success, before transitioning the account to our customer success team

Requirements & Preferred Skills

  • 5 years of customer-facing experience required in:
    • Customer integrations / implementations, or
    • Software systems delivery, or
    • Supply chain/logistics technology integrations (e.g. TMS, EDI)
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Experience required with consulting on API, EDI and flat files, mapping, testing and troubleshooting
  • Experience required working with Postman, Confluence, JIRA, Salesforce, PowerPoint and Excel
  • SaaS Software and/or supply chain experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with building queries in Snowflake preferred
  • Ability to work for internationally operating clients as a part of multi-national, diverse teams
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting
  • Willingness to work during customer’s operating hours outside of standard office hours
  • Knowledge of writing technical documentation; understanding and documenting customer requirements, e.g. process or data flows, configuration guides, user guides
  • Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, people skills, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Responsible for multiple projects at once, with varying stages of implementation; must be highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Project management experience is a plus
