Position Overview: 

This newly-created role on the Enterprise Business Systems team will share responsibility for maintenance, upkeep, and enhancement of business systems across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly adapt to new system requirements and requests and be willing to learn multiple cross-functional systems to ensure consistent operation. 

What you will work on:

  • Ongoing maintenance of business systems across functions, including but not limited to NetSuite, Salesforce, UKG, Zendesk, and others 
  • User- and role-based access controls and security within and across systems 
  • Day-to-day upkeep activities in various business systems, including both recurring tasks and one-off requests from business partners 
  • User enablement and training 
  • Internal analytics and reporting 

Who you will work with: 

  • Team members from all departments across project44 
  • Counterparts in Enterprise Business Systems, particularly those in Automation and IT Support
  • Business stakeholders and business process owners in Finance, Sales, People, and Legal  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, company reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.  
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes 
  • Liaise with the respective subject matter experts to resolve technical issues 
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all departments 
  • Conduct regular meetings with subject matter experts and business process owners to ensure the company’s needs are being met and feedback is incorporated
  • Create and present enablement and training materials to end users across project44 
  • Provide real time updates, remediation plan and any post-mortem to users when system outage or issues occur 
  • Stay up to date on new product features, upcoming releases and enhancements that are applicable to our teams

What you bring:

  • 3+ years experience as a business analyst/ business systems administrator in various systems (one or more of NetSuite, Salesforce, UKG, Zendesk strongly preferred) 
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based business systems, with the ability to configure those systems based on the needs of the organization
  • Proven Experience working in a global, multi-location firm supporting a worldwide user base 
  • Ability to have detailed conversations with business and operations stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions
  • Strong customer-focus and business acumen, while focusing on communications and stakeholder collaboration
  • Strong willingness and ability to jump quickly between systems, including supporting multiple core enterprise systems concurrently
  • Proven ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, and translate feedback from non-technical audiences into actionable solutions
  • Proven ability to solve practical business problems
