Fondée en 2014, project44 révolutionne le secteur du fret et de la logistique grâce à sa plateforme Cloud qui permet aux entreprises de suivre l’envoi de leurs marchandises en temps réel.

Pour ce faire, la solution se connecte à de nombreux transporteurs et expéditeurs à travers le monde pour fournir des données détaillées sur les expéditions. 

Project44 est une société en forte croissance et cherche à étoffer son équipe marketing en Europe.

Description de l'offre

Le Marketing Manager Europe, chez project44, gère une partie des activités marketing (web, campagnes digitales, évènements, programmes de génération de lead, autres) à destination de nos prospects et clients européen.

Le poste est basé soit à Paris soit à Bruxelles ou Amsterdam et reporte au directeur marketing Europe.   
 
Missions et Rôle

Gestion du plan marketing et du budget :

  • Aide à la définition, mise en place et suivi du plan marketing.
  • Reporting mensuel (n° de leads, n° de SQOs, n° de projets gagnés).
  • Gestion d’un budget de plusieurs centaines de milliers d’euro (conformité des dépenses aux lignes directrices établies, suivi des versements et des factures liés).

Gestion de programmes digitaux de génération de leads et de brand awareness :

  • Planification et exécution des programmes digitaux (Web, SEA, paid social, syndication de contenu) afin d'attirer, intéresser, qualifier et entretenir les potentiels prospects et clients. 
  • Suivi de l’impact de toutes les actions mises en œuvre & reporting.

Gestion des activités événementielles :

  • Identification des événements auxquels participer, gestion de la logistique et du contenu autour des événements, gestion de la communication pré et post événement, gestion des leads.
  • Création et gestion d’événements first party pour toucher des cibles grands comptes.

Création de contenu :

  • Définition, création (ou gestion de la localisation) et distribution de tout type de contenu marketing et/ou du contenu d’aide à la vente - par exemple, webinaires, blogs, livres blancs, témoignages clients (vidéos ou écrits) et des campagnes d'email - pour soutenir nos différentes campagnes marketing.

Profil souhaité

  • Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en marketing, dont idéalement au moins 3 ans dans le marketing BtoB de solutions en Cloud.
  • Maitrise parfaite de la langue anglaise. Maitrise d’une troisième langue européenne un fort plus.
  • Expérience en digital un plus (paid social, targeting et retargeting).
  • Expérience en marketing des comptes stratégiques (Account Based Marketing) un fort plus.
  • Connaissance du monde de la Supply chain un plus
  • Profil opérationnel, culture du résultat.
  • Organisation, rigueur, créativité, curiosité d’esprit, forte autonomie, sens de la négociation.
  • Capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanés dans un environnement de travail dynamique, tout en maintenant un niveau élevé de satisfaction client.
  • Connaissance d’outils de marketing automation et SalesForce.com.
