Role and Responsibilities
Build-out the Professional Services function with a focus on ensuring customer success and delivery, while balancing a sustainable cost structure
Lead project44’s customer implementation projects from the pre-sales process to completion and take responsibility for the Professional Services and Customer Implementation teams’ delivery
Run operational components including forecasting, utilization, and resource management for PS
Manage team performance against revenue, project schedules, revenue targets, implementation timelines, and team utilization
Partner effectively with sales leaders to expand the sales pipeline and convert prospects to bookings
Partner w/ Product Management to define and productize our professional service offerings
Evangelize best practices by partnering with and educating customers in an effort to become a trusted advisor
Experience successfully scaling and managing a services organization, supporting enterprise-level customers
4+ years of experience managing or leading a Professional Services or Consulting team
Experience scaling a PS team within a high-growth company is a plus
Experience developing processes to manage complex implementation projects for enterprise customers
Demonstrable competencies in planning & managing a Project’s Scope, Schedule, Cost, Resources, Quality, & Risks.
B.S. in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields of study; M.S. or M.B.A. preferred
