The Role:
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations Lead to drive accountability across the organization’s revenue functions. As an individual contributor reporting directly to the CEO, you will attend all key revenue meetings, ensure leaders are held accountable to targets and initiatives, and play a critical role in preparing content for board meetings. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of revenue operations, specifically sales, excels at data analysis, and can effectively communicate complex insights to both leadership and the board.
What you'll do:
- Revenue Meeting Accountability:
Lead key revenue meetings across sales, marketing, customer success, and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and strategy. Collaborate closely with GTM leaders across Enterprise, Consumer, and Sponsorships, holding them accountable for hitting targets and driving performance, while providing aligned insights to the CEO - Revenue Strategy & Data Insights:
Provide the CEO with data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize revenue processes, improve efficiency and support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and retention efforts. Analyze revenue data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities, and present actionable findings through reporting dashboards for executive review. - Process Optimization:
Identify operational inefficiencies across the revenue organization and recommend improvements to streamline processes, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance productivity. - Board Meeting Preparation:
Collaborate with the CEO to prepare clear, insightful, and impactful content for board meetings, focusing on revenue performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
This role could be a good fit for you if:
- You have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of end-to-end revenue processes.
- You are highly skilled in data analysis, revenue forecasting, and reporting tools (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.).
- You are confident in holding senior leaders accountable and pushing for performance improvements in a tactful and strategic manner.
- You have experience preparing content for C-suite and board-level presentations, with an ability to communicate complex data clearly and concisely.
- You are an independent self-starter, capable of driving initiatives and owning results without the need for micromanagement.
- You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence key stakeholders.
- You are highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bonus points if you are familiar with the challenges and growth strategies of high-growth companies, particularly in SaaS or technology industries.

Please note this is a range and actual salary may vary based on work experience and qualifications, performance, and other factors evaluated during the hiring process. Additionally, some compensation packages may have varying components, including but not limited to performance bonus, commissions, and equity.
