The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will drive our efforts to engage top-tier full-time and part-time instructors for our consumer cohorts. You will be responsible for leading the sales process with a strong emphasis on sourcing and converting passive prospects. If you excel at utilizing LinkedIn and have a proven track record in sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and onboarding both full-time and part-time instructors. 
  • Utilize advanced sales techniques to identify and engage passive prospects, with a strong emphasis on leveraging LinkedIn and other sales tools.
  • Manage relationships and communications with C-suite candidates, demonstrating professionalism and executive presence throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain a strategic and well-organized approach, ensuring all aspects of the sales process are efficient and effective.
  • Collaborate with Product and Student Experience team members to create, implement, and lead initiatives that enhance Product School’s sales efforts.
  • Monitor and utilize sales data to refine your methods and increase efficiency.

This role could be a good fit for you if:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on full-cycle sales and converting passive prospects.
  • You are a master of LinkedIn and other sales tools and techniques.
  • You have strong executive presence, comfortable managing relationships with senior-level candidates.
  • You have exceptional organizational skills and a strategic approach to sales.
  • You have the ability to share and implement best practices to enhance team performance and scalability.
  • You have experience in sales for educational roles, including engaging instructors and event speakers.
  • Bonus points if you have startup experience!

The national base salary range (OR the national hourly range for nonexempt positions) offered for this position is below. Please note this is a range and actual salary may vary based on work experience and qualifications, performance, and other factors evaluated during the hiring process.  Additionally, some compensation packages may have varying components, including but not limited to performance bonus, commissions, and equity.
