The Role:

As the Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be the primary driver of analytic solutions to support revenue growth and will be responsible for the end-to-end analytic process at Productiv.  You will own our analytics infrastructure and be responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing data to develop insights and recommendations to enable the business to take action and make better decisions.   

You will drive new analytics projects, maintain and evolve existing reporting and dashboards, respond to incoming data requests, and implement data best practices and processes for consistency and scalability.  You will report directly to our VP of Revenue Operations and will work closely with business stakeholders across the organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,785 - $142,380. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions to solve complex business problems and facilitate data-driven decision making.

  • Use data modeling and analysis techniques to discover actionable business insights which guide strategic decisions, increase productivity and drive revenue.

  • Develop data views and dashboards and enable partners across the business to answer their own questions with data.

  • Extract, manage, and analyze customer and company data from multiple applications.
  • Manage and optimize our data infrastructure (Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Looker) including the workflow and ETL pipelines of various data sources into our data warehouse and reporting tools.  
  • Analyze data and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Work with RevOps and key business stakeholders to design, maintain, and evolve key performance metric reporting and department dashboards.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand business goals, develop use cases, and perform ad-hoc and ongoing analyses to impact business outcomes.   
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure data integrity and prevent discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, and data analytics with a track record of building and managing analytics infrastructure.
  • Experience in building and maintaining reliable and scalable ETL on big data platforms as well as experience working with cloud-based data infrastructure tools including Snowflake, Fivetran, DBT, or similar tools.
  • Strong SQL skills including proficiency in developing queries in a business environment with large-scale, complex data sets.
  • Advanced data visualization skills including proficiency with Looker.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business teams to understand the needs of the business and provide advanced analysis, insights and data-driven recommendations. 
  • Experience building analytics to drive operational efficiency and/or impact revenue (e.g., renewal models, TAM, churn analysis, predictive forecasting).
