The Role:
You will be part of the SaaS Intelligence platform team. Productiv is on a mission to align IT and business leaders to unlock the most value from their SaaS portfolio at scale. We are looking for someone customer-centric, data-focused, and passionate about building products users love. This is a career-changing opportunity, working with some of the best in the Valley to build a product that changes the way companies get value out of their SaaS products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $157,910 - $210,547. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:
- Understand user needs deeply, identify the biggest opportunities, define and frame these problems for the team; you ultimately own the product strategy and roadmap for multiple key areas.
- Prioritize opportunities and make informed and impactful decisions while creating roadmaps, ensuring execution and time-to-market are optimized while balancing user needs and business priorities across multiple stakeholders, applications and customers
- Deep thinking on long term business needs and user focus while creating product roadmaps, and ability to glean customer insights and feedback from multiple channels.
- Collaborate with the team to think
- big, scope solutions to the smallest impactful state for validation and feedback, and execute to ship product.
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering teams to deliver simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Articulate product differentiation and value to internal and external stakeholders
- Define and analyze product metrics that inform customer engagement and success.
- Communicate for transparency and alignment across the business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Manager role shipping high impact features
- Strong technology understanding is a huge plus
- Deep curiosity with a need to understand “why” - a person with “strong opinions, loosely held.”
- Strong organizational, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Passion for thinking through and solving customer problems.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to diverse audiences.
- Experience with building user-facing enterprise products, building products for IT, and working at growth-stage startups are a plus.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, creative in strategy and execution tactics, and always improving the status quo.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- A minimum of Bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, data science/ML, or related fields
