About the Job
As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will lead technical documentation for Productiv. This role will be responsible for building out content in multiple formats, to drive customer success and product adoption. The ideal candidate has an innate product curiosity, has broad experience in technical documentation, and is excited to be a hands-on member of a small and growing team.
Role and Responsibilities
Design and build technical product documentation, focusing on customer onboarding and new feature adoption
Translate specs into easy-to-understand training content enabling customers to get maximum value out of the product
Help lay the foundation for our learning center content
Partner closely with our Product Team, working strategically to drive adoption of product features and functionality
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of technical documentation experience in enterprise software
Deep proficiency in developing content in various formats--written, video, in-product messaging, etc.
Deep customer empathy, will the ability to understand customer needs
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, and IT groups
Excellent commercial communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) with a keen ability to develop relationships, optimize customer engagement, and evangelize products
