PRODLY | QA Automation Engineer | Must live in, or relocate to, Cyprus

Prodly, a VC-backed Salesforce ISV partner, is looking for a talented, hardworking individual with great energy and initiative to join our team.
As part of this dynamic team your role as a QA Automation Engineer will engage in the company's software development and delivery activities, developing a proper Quality Assurance process.
You will be responsible for debugging and defining corrective actions before our product launches to ensure it runs smoothly and meets all the requirements.
The ability to prioritize tasks with minimal guidance, and communicate effectively with both technical and business personnel is a must.

- Help design and build an API automation framework.
What you will accomplish:
- Rapidly and consistently automate UI, API, and performance tests for test cases for complex multi-system features.
- Write clean, maintainable code.
- Lead the test automation effort and the overall successful implementation of an automation first strategy for a micro-services based product with continuous delivery to production.
- Author comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Automate test requirements, develop comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Log test results, working with the rest of the engineering team to see bugs through to closure
- Being involved in product design to guarantee compliance of test coverage for meeting end-user requirements
- Debug to understand test objective requirements
- Be meticulous about documentation and maintaining a robust log of all test cases and test results
- Create analysis reports and communicate results to the engineering team
- Be a fundamental link between the development team and support team
What you will bring:
- 3 to 5 years experience in leading test automation on a highly scalable, distributed services-based product.
- Proven results of achieving industry standard quality and deliverability metrics.
- JMeter or other performance testing tool
- Out of the box thinking and creative problem solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Obsession with usability, quality, scale and security
- Personal responsibility, promise and deliver, even with aggressive timelines
- REST API
- Java/Cucumber/Gherkin/BDD Automation
- SaaS experience nice to have
- Salesforce testing experience is a big plus
- Basic to intermediate AWS knowledge is appreciated
- Experience with agile software development process (Scrum or Kanban)
