About the role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Become the data oracle: Define and track make-or-break metrics that spell product success
- Master the art of data storytelling: Turn complex insights into compelling narratives that inspire action at all levels
- Dive deep into massive consumer datasets to unearth hidden treasures and game-changing opportunities
- Alchemize data insights into crystal-clear, actionable product requirements

- Chart the course to victory: Develop and champion technical roadmaps that turn vision into reality

- Craft top-notch documentation that stands the test of time – from electrifying Product Release notes to mind-blowing Process flow diagrams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have a BTech or advanced degree from a reputed institute in Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline (Preferred IIT, BITs, NIT)
- 3+ years of experience in data-intensive products
- Strong expertise in data analysis, statistics, and data visualization
- Proficiency in SQL and Python is essential; experience with Tableau and Databricks is a plus
- Proven track record of developing technical roadmaps and implementing end-to-end solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate roadmaps to cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and influencing capabilities
- Demonstrated ability in thought leadership and building productive customer relationships
