You'll assist our Marketing Manager with events, campaigns, and market research to support company goals and be a highly-visible part of our team (previous experience in a matrix environment and direct work with a Marketing Manager or Director highly preferred). Our clients are major life sciences, energy, and chemical companies with a focus on industrial automation and controls. We are located just north of King of Prussia, PA, close to Collegeville and Phoenixville. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in executing and coordinating various digital marketing campaigns and strategies.

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Marketing Manager with digital marketing tasks as needed, including email campaigns, social media content and posting, website content and edits, membership management, and more.
  • Assist with internal communications and messaging through internal intranet site, TV Screens, quarterly newsletters, and announcements.
  • Manage promotional items for the company, including placing orders, managing inventory, ensuring timely delivery of requested items, expense tracking and invoicing.
  • Help manage brand alignment, coordinate with vendors, proof collateral, offer suggestions for marketing plan.
  • Support company events and conferences (focus on Mid-Atlantic events), assisting with all aspects of events both virtual and in-person from planning through execution. This will include assisting with budgeting, site selection, vendor and promo item ordering, booth setup, on-site logistics, follow up, and more.
  • Organize and develop distribution lists; Maintain existing distribution lists.
  • Assists with other marketing and business development projects as requested.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to make independent decisions and drive initiatives forward.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in digital marketing, including email campaigns, membership, social media and website content.
  • Experience supporting team-building events and conferences, both in-person and virtual.
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Able to contribute creative content for email campaigns, social media and website content.
  • Capable of organizing and managing promotional items, including placing orders, managing inventory, delivery, and expenses.
  • Experience planning and managing social media platforms, such as LinkedIn.
  • Microsoft Office Suite creative applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher, MS SharePoint).
