LEAD SALES ENGINEER
Join Proconex, an Emerson Impact Partner, as a Lead Sales/Application Engineer, overseeing our team of industrial sales Applications Engineers at our Royersford, PA headquarters.
CORE COMPETENCIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Equipment/Sales Focus: Focus on Process Analysis/Measurement & Control Instrumentation, Control Valves, Isolation Valves, Pressure Relief Valves, Regulators, and related Field Services, including repair, outage management, and start-up support.
Reports To: Directly report to the Manager of Industrial Sales, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Territory: Based in Royersford, PA, oversee the entire Proconex Mid-Atlantic territory, occasionally requiring overnight travel.
Training: Benefit from technical training and support from internal subject matter experts across product lines.
Schedule/Environment: Work Monday to Friday in professional office settings and industrial sites year-round.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Leadership Experience: Proficiency in leading sales or applications engineering teams.
Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Biology, or related technical discipline.
Industry Expertise: 8-12 years of experience in industrial sales for process control, HVAC, or industrial equipment.
Adaptability: Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and within tight deadlines.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
