Process Street is a no-code workflow platform startup from San Francisco. We help our customers build, document, automate, and track recurring workflows. Our platform stores knowledge where the action happens, ensuring thorough and error free execution of workflows that our global customers run their businesses on. 

We service over 3k customers around the world, such as Airbnb, Spotify, AstraZeneca and Accenture, and are VC-backed by Accel, Salesforce, and Atlassian.

Process Street was founded on a strong belief in the work-life benefits of a healthy, collaborative remote culture. The Opportunity

We have a well balanced and healthy, remote-first working culture that attracts some of the most creative and forward thinking change makers around the world. Attracting stellar talent isn't as big of a hurdle as you would encounter in other small startups; so what we focus on in the talent team is on the tactical and systematic navigation of skill sets so that we can ensure quality hires across the organization. As a specialist you will learn about qualifying and uncovering strengths of inbound talent and brand positioning to attract desirable passive talent. 

As a team we have a lot of exciting projects to roll out this coming year that will strengthen our employer brand and enable our leaders to assess, successfully onboard and develop incoming talent. Let’s do this together! 


What You’ll Do

  • Qualify inbound applications and redirect talent to the appropriate pipelines  
  • Uncover talent through networking and outbound search
  • Introduce our working culture and community to prospective talent and partners
  • Remain in frequent contact with active pipelines and stay abreast of hiring needs across your designated talent groups 
  • If you’re up for it (not a must), contribute to employer branding efforts by developing social media content or writing copy that showcases our employer value proposition


About You

  • You’ve completed 1-2 internships at an early stage startup or consulting firm
  • You’re creative but still akin to results and targets 
  • You naturally challenge process to find optimal solutions
  • You desire and thrive in autonomous environments
  • You learn fast and adapt easily to new concepts
