About the position
We are looking for a passionate and thirsty to learn individual to work hand in hand with our Product Director and the rest of the management team, solving challenging problems and helping our users have the best possible experience. As an Associate Product Manager Intern, you will get exposure to how an agile product team works towards empowering data-informed decision making, while helping our teams build the right products.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate and partner with our product director, designer, and engineers to define and solve problems
- Conduct user research, define and execute analysis to understand business opportunity and present written business recommendations
- Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
- Help with the prioritization of new features and set specific timelines
- Use quantitative data to measure user adoption of new features
- Maintain and update product specification documentation
- Perform high-level testing to ensure product adherence to desired functionality
- Create support and training documents for internal users
- Develop efficient customer communication and feedback channels
