We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our Marketing team! The Digital Designer is accountable for supporting the delivery of Prezzee’s marketing and business strategies through on-brand design solutions. Collaborating closely with the brand chapter, the Digital Designer will create visually appealing and informative assets that effectively communicate Prezzee's value to customers and potential business prospects. In particular, the incumbent will support the UK entity. This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week in our London office.
The Role You’ll Play:
Brand Custodianship and Consistency
- Be the custodian of the brand ensuring design is within brand guidelines and ensure consistency across channels.
- Use best practices and processes to maintain a consistent visual design language across all Prezzee brand assets.
Marketing Collateral Creation
- Execute a variety of marketing collateral across digital and print, including presentations, ad campaigns, website assets, billboards, gift card and greeting card designs.
- Build out concepts and designs for eDMs, paid ads, social media, website, and sales collateral for both consumer and business sides of Prezzee.
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, creativity, and effective communication of products through design.
- Critique in-progress design work, evaluate the priority and effectiveness of solutions, and provide feedback.
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met and concepts are understood.
Design Thinking and Innovation
- Employ design thinking, encourage feedback, and develop strategies and execution plans where pathways are not always obvious.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and tools to innovate and improve design processes.
Creative Skills and Knowledge
- Design original illustrations and infographics.
- Use typography and layout to establish hierarchy, encourage readability and be comfortable pairing fonts and adjusting kerning.
- Retouch images to ensure visual consistency with campaigns.
- Create GIF’s and basic animations to bring the brand to life.
- Experience with designing landing pages and building them in webflow is preferred but not essential.
Team Support and Collaboration
- Support other business functions such as sales and partnerships with design-related requirements.
- Liaise with global teams to share knowledge, ideate, and collaborate when necessary.
What are we looking for?
- Extensive experience in graphic design, communication design and brand development.
- In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects.
- In-depth knowledge in typography and layout.
- Experience with Figma.
- Experience implementing responsive designs.
- Experience in creating campaign concepts and producing assets that support the entire campaign.
- Web design and web flow experience highly desirable
- The ability to create clean, visually consistent designs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple design requests in a timely fashion, with competing priorities and deadlines.
