As Prezzee continues our growth, we are building our MarTech capability and looking for a MarTech Engineer to join us! 

As a MarTech Engineer at Prezzee, you will work with a customer base that is global, diverse and has many use cases for Prezzee. We are passionate about turning customers into lifelong fans, and seeking a talented developer who can use data to help us further understand our customers and how best to communicate with them. Reporting to an Engineering Manager, the Martech Engineer is a developer specialising in MarTech tools like Segment CDP, Hubspot CRM, and Google Analytics. You will join an engineering squad, but work closely with the Marketing, Data and Product teams. You will also own many of our SaaS integrations.

This is a hybrid role, based in Sydney CBD or Melbourne CBD

Some of the tools, technologies and patterns we’re working on

  • Segment CDP, GTM, Hubspot, Braze, Kontent CMS
  • Django, Python, FastAPI
  • Typescript, ReactJS, NextJS
  • Swift, Kotlin, Java, Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM)
  • Continuous Delivery & DevOps, Headless CMS, Docker, AWS, ECS, AuroraDB, DynamoDB, Step Functions, EventBridge, Cloudformation

 

What are we looking for?

  • Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Extensive experience crafting and building software using the latest delivery techniques
  • A real passion for quality, maintainable code and continuous improvement
  • Scale and grow our marketing, targeting, measurement and growth capabilities across the entire stack at Prezzee
  • Building and managing our MarTech Engineering goals, which will centre around our CDP, CMS, tag management, script orchestration and digital marketing analytics
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google, Social Media, Email, Push, and SMS
  • Highly dedicated ethos - expected to take very real accountability for the work you're doing
  • A test and learn mindset with curiosity, collaboration and care
  • An experimentation mindset
