Job Overview

Pretium Enterprise Services (PES) is seeking an experienced Director, Business Transformation Services (BTS) to join our team in the private equity sector. The Director, BTS will provide leadership for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across Pretium and its operating companies.

The preferred locations for this opportunity are Charlotte, NC; Scottsdale, AZ; or Atlanta, GA.

What You’ll Do

This role plays a critical part in leading process optimization opportunities across the ecosystem of companies.

  • Leads cross-functional and/or cross-entity project teams to solve large, complex, enterprise-wide process improvement, business transformation, and change management initiatives
  • Manage projects/programs from end to end including scoping, planning, leadership, communications, oversight, execution, reporting, transition and change management
  • Deliver program management responsibilities including aspects of leading status meetings, identifying / tracking risks and mitigation plans, project planning, resource mobilization, cost tracking & financial updates
  • Lead, manage and oversee all aspects of projects including planning, executing, and issue resolutions while also ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Manage cross-functional integration teams, leading them through the execution of project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with various departments including finance, operations, HR, IT, legal, and others, to ensure a coordinated and successful project delivery
  • Cultivate strong relationships with executive leadership, senior stakeholders, and functional teams, and keep them informed on progress and milestones. Ensure effective communication throughout the process, providing regular updates on progress and addressing concerns
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth project implementation as it relates to people, systems, processes, and cultures, while exemplifying all our core values
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress, develop key performance indicators, report KPIs objectively against stated goals
  • Capture lessons learned to enhance the build-out of repeatable processes and toolsets (e.g., our playbooks, process flows, work plans) that incorporate prior experience and industry-leading practices across all key workstreams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a Corporate Environment with experience in Change Management, Project Management, and management consulting
  • Experience in Investment Management, Private Equity or Financial Services
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
  • Exceptional executive presence, presentation, and communication skills
  • Operational excellence and project management experience leading multiple initiatives, mergers, or similar
  • Results driven with demonstrated ability to identify and seize opportunities for impact in uncertain context with limited oversight
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable solutions
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and risk management
  • Vaccination against Covid-19 is required, except where prohibited pursuant to state or local law
