We are the financial backbone of our company. From statutory reporting to investor relations, from controlling and planning to treasury, from consolidated US GAAP accounting to business partnering, from payments to ERP, from legal to compliance - our responsibilities are broad and deep. Our team has an international background and is built on flat hierarchies.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be part of the finance team and work closely with various stakeholders (Accounting, Payments, Data, Back-end teams) to analyze financial data, create reports, and provide insights that will drive informed decision-making within the organization. You will play a crucial role in supporting our financial reporting, planning and analysis efforts.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with large data sets (millions of rows) and complex information structures.
• Build up and automate reconciliation flows and calculations.
• Ensure timely availability and accuracy of financial data and analytics.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis and investigations, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling to support strategic and operational decision-making processes.
• Prepare solid analytical reports, dashboards and presentations for management including insights on financial performance.
• Take part in closing procedures and preparation of a full set of financial statements and disclosures.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.
• Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration between the team and stakeholders.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics / Business Administration.
• Solid previous experience within similar responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (digging deep while ensuring a result).
• Strong data skills (previous experience with SQL, PowerPivot/BI and high proficiency in Excel is a must, Tableau/Looker experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on approach and self-support.
• Learn fast and go the extra mile.
• English level C1 and above.
