As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Drive the end-to-end recruiting processes for our engineering and product chapter
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach for hiring managers supporting them to make the best hiring decisions
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates ensuring we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience at all points of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Build out talent networks and activate knowledgeable industry sources to develop and generate an ongoing pool of candidates through a diverse mix of sources developing always creative strategies to source and attract top talent.
  • Use your experience to always improve the efficiency and streamline talent processes
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to management and stakeholders
  • Participate in talent projects such as employer branding, D&I strategy, candidate experience among others

What we are looking for:

  • Experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a fast growth company dealing with high volume roles
  • Experience (and ideally a strong network) in recruitment across different countries and continents
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing business and product talent
  • The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, capable of adapting and responding to change
  • Proven success delivering recruiting results and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Happy to relocate to Barcelona (we support your relocation)
