POSITION:

We are growing and are in need of an SDR to help us generate more opportunities for our team of closing account executives. Our Sales Development Representatives will create opportunities through high volume, personalized outbound outreach to a list of target named accounts.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

To crush it in this role, you will need to:

  • Absorb our onboarding materials and be ready to go live within 30 days of your start date
  • Quickly learn and articulate the value proposition of the PI platform and methodology
  • Become an authority at using lead generation tools to create new contacts and craft accurate and targeted lists of prospects
  • Conduct high volume sales development outreach using email, phone, and social campaigns to connect with new prospects
  • Speak professionally and knowledgeably with decision makers in the C-Suite, as well as HR management
  • Consistently achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly activity targets and quota
  • Work within our tight-knit sales team to drive towards sales results and major initiatives
  • Effectively and accurately track, log, and maintain all activity in Salesforce.com
  • Be open to ongoing feedback and coaching
