POSITION:

As our Director of Product Marketing, we’re counting on your passion for telling the story of PI and expect you to thrive at the intersection of product, sales, partner channel and marketing. Your breadth of leadership experience, strategic mindset, and vision for evangelizing our product internally and externally are some of the reasons why we’re happy to have you on board. Commanding the helm of pricing & packaging, you sit at the center of PI's go-to-market strategy of product-led growth - owning the research, analysis, and evolution.

YOU OWN:

  • Establishing and maintaining personas/pitch/positioning (prospects, clients, and partners), market research, product roadmap/development guidance, and product release/launch and planning
  • Owning pricing and packaging evolution, research, and planning
  • Serving as the fearless leader of a high-performing, highly-engaged team of passionate product marketers
  • Collaborating with marketing counterparts to harmonize the overall PI marketing plan/strategy
  • Operating as a key stakeholder for PI’s overarching go-to-market strategy
  • Owning the framework which guides the company on how to communicate to prospects, clients, and partners about PI
  • Providing regular updates on market trends, competitors, and the target market
  • Aligning with key stakeholders across the company on continually evolving our go-to-market strategy

SHOULD YOU APPLY?

  • 5+ years’ experience in Product Marketing or Product Management, with a strong preference for those who have lead and/or managed high-performing teams
  • World-class writing skills and communication, and the ability to sell your ideas
  • Experiential understanding of education, corporate training, and/or management consulting
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build key relationships
  • Fluency working on multiple projects at once and ability to handle rapidly evolving requirements (test, iterate, pivot) while maintaining high energy
  • A creative streak that you infuse into all aspects of your work
  • Experience in B2B with distribution through a network/channel preferred
