We are looking for an experienced, driven, and successful Engagement Manager to join our growing teams.
Engagement Managers oversee and mentor analysts/consultants, facilitate project teamwork, lead client interaction, develop presentations and are responsible for key facets of the assigned client business. They carry out the client’s vision and ensure proper alignment of resources to deliver against it, leading the team to deliver exceptional work and client satisfaction.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
Building and leading all aspects of project works streams
Providing project team with clear direction
Directing primary research with stakeholders and data analysis
Synthesizing insight and recommendations from primary and secondary research
Start to develop and maintain client relationships
Responsible for ensuring the work product contains data that is accurate and correctly cited in addition to ensuring the quality of work performed by the team
Contribute to certain areas of practice development (e.g., marketing, recruiting, mentoring) and overall culture of the firm
Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
Bachelor’s degree, with a record of academic excellence
Engagement Manager: 4-7 years and Sr. Engagement Manager: 6-8 years of consulting or related business analytics/strategy experience within the healthcare space (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostics industry)
Knowledge of global pricing, market access, portfolio planning, and commercialization developed via experience in healthcare consulting or within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong MS Office literacy e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Ability and flexibility to travel
Preferred:
Degree concentration in Science, Economics, Business
Advanced degree (PhD, MPH, MBA, MS)

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
