As an Senior Analyst within PRECISIONadvisors, you will serve as the knowledge / content expert on assigned projects responsible for actively participating in the development and delivery of all client outputs.

Senior Analysts are active participants in creating and delivering solutions for our clients and project teams. They leverage their analytical skills to derive insights and solve problems. In particular,  Senior Analysts are often engaged in developing customer insight, applying problem-solving frameworks to client issues, and supporting clients in various initiatives.

Essential functions of the job include:

  • Independently procures information through secondary research
  • Consistently produces work product with data that is accurate and correctly cited
  • Participates in and when fully capable, independently conducts primary interviews and/or covers conferences to ensure all relevant and useful information is gathered
  • Develops well-thought out and complete interview guides to support primary research
  • Proficient in modeling
  • Prepares “client ready” product (e.g. PowerPoint materials) with clear analytical structure and insight
  • Uses available data to structure a logical and defensible conclusion
  • Regularly complies with protocol for client presentations and performs self-checks for accuracy and thoroughness
  • Exhibits understanding of the purpose and context of individual work product within overall client deliverable

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree required, preferably in life sciences
  • Knowledge or understanding of bio-pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or life-science tools industry preferred
  • Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research on clinical, scientific, and business issues
  • Must possess strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong problem solving and structuring skills
