We are looking for project management leaders that are flexible, experienced mentors to oversee a team executing a spectrum of advertising projects from start to finish. You are interested in collaborating with a team of professionals who are encouraging, driven to succeed, and committed to quality contributions crucial to the successful execution of a variety of print and digital projects for our clients. You work passionately, never satisfied with the status quo. You are flexible, able to handle multiple projects at once and do your best work in an energizing environment.

What you can expect day-to-day:
As the primary liaison between internal teams and primary mentor to both Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers, on any given day you'll:

  • Collaborate Organize, manage, and prioritize workflow from creative development through the delivery of materials to the client, vendor, etc.
  • Communicate Understand, foster and advocate for the workflow process and each team member’s role and responsibility within the workflow
  • Cultivate Lead projects including ensuring adherence to standard methodology approach and key specifications. Mentor junior staff and lead problem-solving initiatives.

Qualifications:
Minimum Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of the process and budget development and project planning and execution. Pharmaceutical or other regulatory experience required.

Other required:

  • Available for travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Expertise in project management principles, methods and techniques
  • Experienced in managing complex digital, print, and broadcast production projects
