About You: 

We’re looking for a proactive and organized sales-savvy manager with a deep network and a passion for connecting. Our ideal new teamate is energetic, a creative thinker with the ability to roll up their sleeves to support the ongoing new business activities for PRECISIONeffect, primarily focused on London, but also supporting our Boston and LA offices. From inquiry and introduction, qualification/assessment, project organization/drive, resource support, and transition to inline.

Day-to-day activities could include:

    • Develop, manage, and own client-facing capabilities presentations, RFIs, RFP management, pricing proposals, new client prospecting and overall pitch process.
    • Provide input on innovative and fresh ways to optimise internal processes to reach maximum efficiency and productivity for the business development department
    • Drive the organization around resource creation, organization, and dissemination to the larger agency teams (i.e. case studies, agency leave behinds, RFI written responses, topic-specific slide decks)
    • Support other business development teams in creating marketing materials that support the larger Precision Value & Health business including convergence opportunities
    • Work with the Account Team to support delivery of organic growth plans
    • Liaison with the marketing communications teams to help manage UK marketing efforts including helping with CRM, paid search programs, tradeshows, awards & event prep, networking opportunities, and other marketing projects

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

  • Capabilities presentations - Lead the development of capabilities presentations for prospects - assemble agency introductory slides, experience slides, case studies, working together slides, etc.
  • Resource organization - Develop and maintain a documents repository. Make case studies, RFIs, RFPs, agency resources, and other best examples and practices available to teams across all offices to ensure learnings and experiences are leveraged in a productive manner
  • Pricing proposal development - Partner with the operations department to update and organise pricing resources and examples
  • RFI/RFP response development - Lead organizing agency introduction to the ask, define roles/responsibilities, deadlines, templates, and processes for RFI/RFP completion to drive the process forward, ensuring all contributing parties stay on task and ask
  • Pitch process organization & management - Lead the agency team on pitch-related activities and processes
  • Support delivery of organic growth plans

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory)
  • 2-3+ years in business development, sales, or account-facing role at an advertising agency
  • Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience or passion for healthcare
  • Understanding of working within Salesforce
  • HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
  • Google Analytics
  • May require occasional domestic or international travel including overnight stays
