What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Product Designer to contribute to the delivery of outstanding user experiences across the next generation of financial services products. In this role, you will assist in crafting design solutions that deliver direct and immediate value for our clients.

Your creativity and problem-solving skills will be essential in developing innovative design solutions that align with both business objectives and user needs. You will work closely with other designers and stakeholders to ensure that design decisions are informed by user research and best practices.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge through collaboration and mentorship from more experienced team members, while contributing to a positive team environment. Your ability to communicate design rationale and incorporate feedback will be key to your success in this role.

The design team encompasses various practice areas, including discovery and analysis, user research, information architecture, interaction design, and product design. A commitment to justifying design decisions with strong rationale, supporting research, and design best practices is essential.

  • Value Creation: Your user research, visual designs, and front-end systems not only demonstrate your proficiency, but showcase a unique understanding of user needs that maximizes the value created.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Your proactive and empathetic engagement with stakeholders ensures clarification and meaning, not simply accepting instructions.
  • Collaborative Development: Your holistic approach to collaboration ensures that risks, blockers, and concerns are identified early… and that best practices, continuous learning, and ongoing mentoring are prioritized in service of creating customer value.
  • Autonomous Work: Your ownership of your deliverables gives confidence to all stakeholders, and your ability to justify all of your decisions ensures that your team and customers benefit from your expertise, not just your deliverables.

We’d Love to Hear From You If:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in product design. You specialize in UX/UI and user research. You have a foundational understanding of front-end development, visual design, and design systems.
  • You’re ready to collaborate. You’re interested in participating in discussions with various stakeholders and contributing to project meetings. You value teamwork and are excited about working alongside other disciplines to create cohesive design solutions.
  • You stay informed about design trends and best practices.  You also understand that the best design solution is one that meets user needs and business objectives. You prioritize usability and functionality in your design approach.
  • You have a solid grasp of fundamental design principles. Thisincludes user experience, interaction design, information architecture, and content strategy. You are continuously learning and applying this knowledge to your work.
  • You communicate effectively. You are able to present your ideas clearly and confidently, and you value feedback from others. You listen actively, ensuring you understand project goals and team input, which helps you articulate your design decisions.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
