A Day in the life
Power Digital is seeking a self-motivated and growth-focused marketing professional to help unlock growth opportunities for our existing client base by utilizing our proprietary platform nova and tapping into the collective knowledge of our team of growth analysts. The Growth Lead will be responsible for conducting periodic reviews of existing clients’ digital marketing strategies and performance to uncover additional opportunities that will help their business. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing analysts with expertise across various channels to craft a marketing plan and an accompanying forecast, as well as collaborate with account teams to present the roadmap to the client and agree on a go-forward plan
Responsibilities:
- Regularly review performance on assigned accounts to uncover areas of opportunity
- Clearly and effectively communicate growth opportunities identified with Account Managers and Account Directors
- Lead analyst team in developing custom growth plans for assigned accounts based on opportunities uncovered, budget, goals, and timelines
- Pressure test channel-specific forecasts and proposed strategies to ensure they are realistic and aligned with client goals
- Compile channel-specific marketing plans into an integrated, cross-channel strategy, budget proposal, and forecast that will be presented to the client
- Consult clients on any channel prioritization needs based on goals, timelines, and budgets
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers with key clients within your assigned territory
- Walk through growth opportunities identified with clients
- Collaborate with clients and internal account teams to develop a go-forward plan to incorporate new opportunities with the existing scope of work
Requirements:
- 4+ years direct experience managing cross-channel performance marketing campaigns for e-commerce, B2B, and B2C lead generation companies
- Ability to be managed to a quota
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and decision making skills
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations
- Ability to clearly communicate cross-channel marketing plans to senior leadership / stakeholders
- Experience managing various projects at once from start to finish and a track record of successfully building working relationships and influencing key decision makers
- Familiar with the economics of new customer acquisition and retention
