A day in the life:
- As an Account Manager in the CRO division, our primary goal is to ensure the seamless execution of every growth idea presented to our clients, meeting high-quality standards within specified timelines. To achieve this, create internal tickets for various tasks such as copy, design, development, or email, ensuring the smooth implementation of presented ideas. Upon receiving completed tasks from our team, we conduct a thorough quality check to ensure all requirements are met. Then, we share the information with our growth leads for their feedback. Once approved by the Growth lead, we proceed to share the finalized task with the client and await their feedback before pushing the idea live. As Account Managers, effective communication with clients is key. We take the responsibility of conveying the right message between our internal team and clients, fostering a collaborative and transparent environment.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives. Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to gather feedback and provide updates
- Project Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are aligned with client goals and agency standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, and development teams, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and are of high quality.
- Team Leadership and Mentoring: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior account managers, assisting in their professional growth and development.
- Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams. Address client concerns, issues, and feedback in a proactive and professional manner.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Project Management Tools: Mastery in platforms such as ClickUp, Basecamp, and Asana.
- E-commerce Platforms: Desired experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Familiarity with tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret metrics and KPIs, deriving insights to support the Growth Lead’s strategies.
- Resource Allocation Management: Proficient in handling resource allocation, ensuring clients get the proper deliverables within the agreed timeline.
- SEO and SEM Knowledge: Desired understanding of search engine optimization and search engine marketing best practices.
- Effective Communication: Ability to convey ideas and strategies clearly to both clients and internal teams.
- Adaptability: Flexibility in managing unexpected changes or challenges.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work in tandem with various teams, ensuring project alignment and cohesion.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for addressing challenges creatively and efficiently.
- Client Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
- Empathy: Understanding and addressing client concerns with sensitivity.
- Time Management: Effectively managing one's time and the time of the team to ensure timely project completion.

Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Depending on seniority we’re looking to hire professionals with 1 to 3+ years of experience in account management within a marketing agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and advertising concepts.
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as Clickup, Basecamp, and Asana.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- English proficiency: B2 minimum
- Working time Zone: We work with EST

- Client Relationship: Keeps the client and team up to date.
- Resource Management: Coordinates the resources accordingly in order to successfully meet project needs and objectives.
- Tools Management: Uses the comms tools accordingly, keeping open communication with the internal and external team. Keeps click up lists updated and reviews notifications in a timely matter.
- Results: As a result of time management and coordination, they are able to meet the needs of the project in a timely and successful manner.
