A day in the life:
- As the Retail Marketing Support Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the execution of Amazon & Retail strategies across the Retail Marketing book of business, working hand-in-hand with Strategists to grow online retail revenue streams for clients. You are also heavily involved in data analysis, strategy audits, and production of pitch materials for potential new clients to support new business and service expansion efforts with sales executives. You are an attentive learner, eager to problem solve, unafraid to ask questions, and hungry to grow your technical, strategic, and analytical skills. You have great communication skills and collaborate well with Retail Marketing Strategists as well as larger internal account teams. You are known for your reliability and attention to detail, resulting in high-quality work delivered on time. You are actively involved in supporting ongoing reporting and optimizations, and can aptly execute specific paid and organic tasks assigned to you. You are a self-starter when it comes to your responsibilities, manage workflow efficiently and effectively, and are vocal when you’re ready to take on new challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze online retail performance data for organic and paid strategies and provide insights to support client-facing reporting
- Execute assigned strategic tasks with accuracy and efficiency, hitting all assigned due dates or proactively communicating delays to Strategist team
- Track assigned client deliverables from start to finish, collaborating with PDM strategists & VAs, with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Audit organic & paid strategy of Amazon & online retail accounts, providing analysis, insights and polished deliverables to support New Business & Service Expansion efforts
- Maintain frequent and excellent communication both on internal agency teams and externally with any assigned clients
- Proactively seek learning opportunities within Retail Marketing department and larger Power Digital org to grow skillset
- Seek to utilize available AI resources to assist in their workflow wherever possible
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Amazon marketplace strateg
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
- Proficient in Amazon Sponsored Ads & navigating Amazon Ad Console
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)
- Google Slides
- Google Sheets
- Microsoft Excel
- Other skills required:
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate
- Knowledge of Amazon DSP a plus
- Knowledge of Asana a plus
- Knowledge of Pacvue a plus
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently
