A day in the life:

The Community Team Lead centers around cultivating, managing, and expanding our community managers' capabilities. A primary element of the role is the management of team plate capacities, ensuring optimal resource allocation for effective workload management. Collaborating closely with the community management team, the average day involves strategizing and implementing growth initiatives tailored to each manager's strengths. The afternoon is dedicated to cross-channel integration discussions, exploring innovative ideas to seamlessly integrate community management across various platforms. The day concludes with a team-focused meeting, emphasizing skill development, celebrating achievements, and setting the course for continual innovation and cross-channel synergy. This focused routine ensures a strategic approach to team management, plate capacity planning, and pioneering new avenues for community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of local community managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement systems to track and monitor community management workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Innovative Ideation: Proactively contribute creative and innovative ideas to enhance the community management program, driving product innovation.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with social strategists and other departments to seamlessly integrate community management into deliverables and initiatives.
- Platform Oversight: Oversee community management activities on various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Reddit.
- Professional Development: Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging their professional growth and skill development.
- Strategic Planning: Actively participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute to the overall success of the social team and community management program
Role Requirements:
- Team Management Experience: Experience in successfully managing a team of at least three individuals in a dynamic work environment.
- Community Management Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in community management with a focus on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Reddit.
- Workflow Optimization Skills: Strong organizational skills with a track record of creating and implementing systems to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team, providing clear guidance and support.
- Results-Driven: A track record of achieving superior results in community management, with a focus on measurable outcomes and program success.

- Workflow Efficiency: Volume of accounts community managers can own (goal = 5 clients)
- Average Response Rate
- Cross-Department Integration: Revenue driven from cross-department implementation of community management effort.
Most Important Things (MITs)
- Hit RPE success metric across all Community Managers
- Responsible for ideation, development, and management of channel initiatives (can execute on 100% of dept deliverables)
- Works autonomously on program offering, with a focus on growth and quality.
