Postscript is building a world-class Design team and we’re hiring a Brand Design Manager to help us evolve our brand. As Brand Design Manager, you will own the Postscript brand. You will develop a brand vision, communicate it in a way that inspires and excites all key members of the team. You’ll collaborate with the (rapidly) growing Design, Marketing and Product teams to ensure that customers experience Postscript’s brand in a consistent and delightful way. Reporting to the Design Director, you will be empowered to build and lead a brand design team. All positions at Postscript are fully remote.
Own and enhance the Postscript brand, including typography, layout, color palate, photographic elements, iconography, and illustration. Partner closely with Marketing and Product in these efforts
Execute all design needs, including website pages, landing pages, .pdfs, etc. Partner closely with Marketing to brainstorm, design, iterate, and deliver. Triage projects and utilize creative agencies when appropriate.
Publish and continually update brand guidelines for all internal and external brand designers. Balance brand consistency and creative flexibility for all users. Collaborate with Product on a design system.
Build and manage a culturally engaged brand design team. Recruit and onboard exceptional talent. Provide ongoing coaching and development.
Be a proactive, collaborative leader within the design, product & marketing teams. Continually ensure that all key stakeholders are aligned with the brand design vision and are adhering to guidelines
