About The Team
Our customers are doing more and more astounding things with the Postman product every day, and as a result, we are growing rapidly.We believe that providing the excellent customer experience is essential to our success as a company. We are looking for a talented, and effective, leader to join our Product Support team.You'll work collaboratively within the Product Support team, the broader Customer Organization, Product, and Engineering to advocate for our users. In addition support, you'll also serve as an advocate for support across the company.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Support your team through career development, mentorship, and enablement

  • Own the performance of support within your region of the world

  • Work with Engineering, Product, and Go-To-Market teams to solve complex issues while providing a world-class customer experience

  • Collaborate with leadership to define quarterly OKRs, hiring plans, and support strategy

  • Assist your team by setting priorities, taking business decisions, and setting clear expectations

  • Partner with Operations, and other regional support pods, to drive ticket deflection through self-serve support and advocating for product improvements

  • Share learnings, experiment, and codify results across the Customer Organization

About You: (Requirements)

  • Passionate about leading a high-performing, distributed team

  • Enthusiastic about APIs, and maybe even Postman

  • Experience (3+ years) managing, or leading, customer-facing teams for a technical SaaS platform

  • A track record of driving results in support roles

  • Experience working with technical products

  • Effective in a fast-paced environment that changes rapidly

  • Lots of smiles
