Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to take ownership of affiliate lead acquisition, campaign performance optimization, and vendor management. This role will be responsible for analyzing performance data, making strategic recommendations, and driving improvements in lead quality and conversion rates. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with experience in affiliate marketing, lead management platforms, and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management & Vendor Strategy
    • Own lead generation performance by actively monitoring lead sources and identifying opportunities for optimization.
    • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and recommend adjustments to improve Cost Per Sale (CPS) and conversion rates.
    • Develop and implement lead qualification strategies to enhance lead quality and maximize ROI.
    • Oversee the onboarding and performance tracking of new affiliate partners, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Campaign Optimization & Performance Analysis

    • Analyze lead flow, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maintain and improve conversion rates.
    • Optimize lead routing and pacing based on real-time performance data and strategic business goals.
    • Proactively troubleshoot lead tracking, duplicate handling, and routing discrepancies, ensuring seamless execution across systems.
    • Implement data-driven strategies to scale high-performing lead sources and phase out underperforming ones.
  • Reporting, Compliance & Technology Oversight
    • Develop and present performance reports outlining key lead generation KPIs, cost efficiency, and actionable insights.
    • Ensure compliance with TCPA, DNC regulations, and internal lead qualification standards across all campaigns.
    • Leverage lead management platforms (Leadspedia, Salesforce, Five9) to track lead lifecycle, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tracking methodologies and improve visibility into lead effectiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership. 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience takes priority.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in lead generation and/or affiliate marketing.
  • Proven experience in optimizing lead performance, vendor negotiations, contract negotiations, and budget allocation.
  • Strong proficiency in lead management platforms (Leadspedia, Salesforce, Five9).
  • Proven ability to implement and uphold TCPA/DNC compliance best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to travel periodically for trade shows and company events.

  • Primary responsibilities involve regular speaking, listening, standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel objects, and reaching with arms.
  • Occasionally, the role may require sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Employees must be able to frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
  • Vision requirements include the ability to focus at close and long distances, distinguish colors, maintain peripheral awareness, perceive depth, and make precise focus adjustments.
