The opportunity 

We are looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our expanding UX Team.  

 

You will work alongside a fun and highly motivated cross-functional team (UX, Research, Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Test), in a supportive agile culture, where flexibility allows you the best possible work-life balance.

In this role you will

Craft innovative experiences that deliver value for our customers and our business 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, intuitive experiences that deliver great outcomes for our customers and our business 
  • Understand the problem space by gathering evidence on customers’ needs and expectations, facilitate workshops and participate in customer research initiatives to align upon the right problems to solve 
  • Take ownership of the design process, from concept to launch, bringing designs to life through early-stage wireframes and prototypes, and iterating upon these designs following a research-based approach to deliver complete end-to-end interactive experiences 
  • Leverage & contribute towards our design system, ensuring quality and consistency with our product design standards 
  • Advocate for inclusive design and ensure accessibility is considered in all design decisions 

Support in the definition of our product vision and strategy 

  • Influence the future-vision for your product area in collaboration with your team, identifying new opportunities for innovation 
  • Be an expert voice, advocating for customer-centered design at all stages of the product development life cycle 

 

Deliver upon our roadmap 

  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously 
  • Plan and breakdown your work independently in order to achieve agreed customer and business outcomes 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of UX design deliverables 
  • Proactively communicate project status and potential risks or delays 

 

 

Contribute to a supportive, inclusive and empowered Design team culture 

  • Drive design best practice within your team; customer empathy, creative problem solving, research feedback loops, iteration and continuous improvement 
  • Develop and maintain design standards and brand integrity 
  • Champion our values and promote diversity and inclusion 
  • Build expertise within our team by staying up to date with emerging technologies and best practice 
  • Guide and mentor junior team members

Candidate Expertise required  

  • 6+ years experience working within UX design, ideally for B2B SAAS products   
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your process and final designs (please submit PDF or link with your application) 
  • Excellent visual design skills, with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. 
  • Experience working in agile environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary product delivery teams   
  • Demonstrated ability to create products following user-centered design methodologies   
  • Experience using common design tools like Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD (Our team uses Figma)  
  • Operational understanding of accessibility and ability to incorporate accessibility into designs  
  • A Degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Multimedia, Product Design, Computer Science or equivalent
