The Opportunity:  

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Learning Experience Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in crafting engaging and effective learning experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional with a passion for customer education and engagement, coupled with strong skills in multimedia content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Experience Design: Design and optimize learning experiences that that promote the use of Poppulo products and features, ensuring a seamless and effective educational journey.
  • Content Creation: Design, develop and produce high-quality multimedia content for customer education and engagement, including but not limited to video tutorials, written guides, knowledge base articles, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, eLearning courses and interactive materials.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, customer support, and marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with overall company goals.
  • eLearning: Managing customer e-learning courses from design to delivery and maintenance, including coordinating with SMEs and tracking project timelines.
  • Developing interactive elements such as quizzes, games, simulations, and video content to engage learners and enhance their learning experience using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.   

Technical Skills and Expertise Required:

  • 4+ year of experience in a Content Creation/eLearning Development/Design/Multimedia role or similar
  • Bachelor's degree with graphic design or an e-learning field desirable.
  • Passion for understanding software
  • Proven experience in creating engaging learning content for SaaS customer education
  • Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and other multimedia tools such as Wistia, Camtasia, Microsoft Clipchamp or Abode Premiere.
  • Creativity and innovation in approaching learning experience design
  • Creative portfolio and proven graphic design skills
  • Experience managing a Learning Management System
  • A creative, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in technical writing
  • Partnering and collaboration skills.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and creative
  • A passion for creating learning experiences and measuring the success and adoption behind them
  • Excellent time-management skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively with a track record for delivering projects on time and within scope
