The Opportunity:

As a Technology Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative Talent Acquisition strategies to attract top talent. Your expertise in building and managing relationships with stakeholders and Business partners will be instrumental in upholding recruiting excellence across the organization while establishing deep partnerships with the business.

This will be a fixed-term contract for an initial 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle recruiting process primarily within our engineering and other functions, including partnering with stakeholders to define hiring processes, sourcing & screening candidates, and negotiating & closing offers while managing deep relationships with candidates.
  • Develop strategic sourcing tactics to build high caliber and diverse pipelines through research, outbound outreach, and referrals.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract top technical talent.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants' capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate data within recruitment systems, including ATS (Greenhouse), to accurately report on key metrics through the hiring process.

Candidate Expertise Required:

  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Recruitment, with a focus on software development and related roles.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in Product/SAAS based company
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting and hiring best practices, including sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and candidate experience optimization
  • Strong understanding of software development, technology stacks, and industry trends.
  • Experience using a modern ATS to manage a pipeline (ex. Greenhouse)
  • Can-do attitude to achieve your individual and organizational goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
