Job Summary:  

As the Performance Marketing Manager at Poppulo, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our search and display advertising strategy. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director and being part of the wider Demand Generation team, you will be instrumental in creating and optimizing awareness and demand driven advertising strategies that drive results. 

As an expert in your field, you will lead the enhancement of our Paid channels through continuous monitoring, analytics and optimisation of our marketing campaigns. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead a talented team and make a significant impact on our company's success. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategizing, developing, monitoring and managing ad campaigns across search and display adverting channels 
  • Continuously optimizing campaigns based on sales funnel analytics and campaign level insights to ensure positive ROAS 
  • Work closely with the wider demand gen team to align campaigns to overall business objectives 
  • Identify optimisation opportunities using sales funnel and campaign analytics to drive continuous process improvements 
  • Ensure complete visibility into campaigns performance metrics and quarterly forecast  
  • Set and track relevant performance KPIs to create automated analytics and dashboards 
  • Leveraging A/B tests, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other optimization 
    techniques to improve efficiency of the campaigns 
  • Brainstorm new and innovative creative strategies to drive awareness and demand of Poppulo’s products 
  • Utilizing budgets to achieve business goals in the most efficient manner 
  • Be on top of latest trends in digital advertising and challenge the status quo 
  • Combine data from various sources to paint a complete picture of marketing performance 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience running performance marketing campaigns in the B2B space
  • Significant experience working for US markets
  • Extensive experience with paid channels such as Google, Facebook and LinkedIn, A/B testing, analytics, marketing automation etc
  • Experience with SAAS companies is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
  • Highest degree of accountability with bias toward execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset with a strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong project management, presentation and reporting skills 

 Nice to have: 

  • Agency background preferred but not necessary 
  • Experience working on canva, hubspot, vwo, funnel.io and salesforce
