We are looking for an Account Lead to welcome, onboard and lead our customers to success. The Account Lead will work with Web2 and Web3 clients, ranging from Fortune 100 companies, to highly innovative digital wallets, on a global scale. Initial clients are headquartered in the US, Canada, EU, UK, LATAM, Middle East, Africa and SE Asia. You will work closely with the Product and Dev teams to ensure the seamless integration of Ponto APIs and widgets. You will work closely with Marketing to help shape Customer campaigns to optimize reach, adoption and usage. You will also collaborate with Support to ensure our transaction rates are exemplary and with Fraud, Risk and Finance to keep our costs the lowest in the industry.
An understanding of blockchain and fintech is ideal, though Account Management and technical curiosity would make for a successful candidate.
In your role at Ponto, you will:
- Onboard and engage new Customers to ensure their success
- Connect with decision makers at these organizations and identify ways to enhance the customer’s business
- Develop an Account Plan for each customer to align objectives and optimize the relationship
- Share feedback with Product and Support to continually evolve our products and service
- Work closely with Marketing and Clients to help shape the promotion of Ponto integrated products to more than half a billion customers
- At least 5-7 years experience in account management
