We are proud to be the first financial technology platform to combine consumer credit and global remittances. Our product solves the worst aspects of money transfer by empowering our customers to use credit rather than cash. At the same time, we help immigrants establish their financial future in their new country by building positive credit history with their existing remittance obligations and financially include their loved ones in emerging economies with access to modern financial instruments.

Your Role
As our business continues to grow, we’re hiring a Support and Internal Tooling Engineer to build internal tools for improved back office operation efficiency, fraud, and customer retention. This role is both technical and customer-focused, so the ideal candidate will have a strong engineering foundation and a genuine desire to help our customers. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot various customer problems
- Solve technical problems through a variety of methods, including debugging a database, writing code related to a use case, troubleshooting APIs, and SQL queries
- Help build and scale our Support team processes, including best practices, documentation, and metrics
- Interact with customers over chat/email as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
- Passion for providing a team culture of customer obsession (Strive for all customers to have an elite experience during all touch points in their cardholder lifecycle)
- Deep technical background, with experience writing code, troubleshooting technical issues, and running SQL queries
- Strong command of at least 2 coding languages: JavaScript, Java, Python
- Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal communication

- Experience with React/React Native
- Intermediate system design skills
